China Merchants Energy Shipping Co.,Ltd.("CMES Shipping")is the main management body of the shipping business of China Merchants Group,a large Chinese central state-owned enterprises based in Hong Kong.After years of development,CMES Shipping has configured a diversified business pattern of the"shipping of oil tanker,dry-bulk,LNG,RORO,containers,crew management,and global services"in its full format.Its main business covers oil shipping,dry bulk shipping,gas shipping,Ro-Ro shipping,and container shipping.Meanwhile,it has formed its unique advantages in crew management and overseas outlet services.The Company owns the world-class fleets of very large crude carriers(VLCC)and very large ore carriers(VLOC),leading domestic liquefied natural gas(LNG)and Ro-Ro fleets.

(一)工作职责Job Duties
1.全面负责公司日常生产经营管理工作，完成上级单位要求的年度财务考核指标、经营管理指标和风险控制指标。
Fully responsible for the daily production and operation management of the company,and complete the annual financial assessment indexes,operation management indexes and risk control indexes required by the superior units.
2.根据招商轮船战略部署，拟定公司经营计划，分解制定公司年度、季度工作计划和经营方案并付诸实施。
To formulate the company's business plan according to the strategic deployment of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co.,Ltd.,decompose and formulate the company's annual and quarterly work plan and business plan and put them into practice.
3.规范和完善公司经营管理体系，拟定公司基本管理制度，搭建内部组织机构,建立健全统一、规范、高效的组织体系和工作体系。
Standardize and improve the management system of the company,formulate the basic management system of the company,build the internal organization,and establish a sound unified,standardized,and efficient organization system and work system.
4.加强业务团队的培养和考核，确保公司各项经营、管理目标的实现和业务的可持续、高质量发展。
Strengthen the training and assessment of the business team to ensure the achievement of the company's various operational and management goals and the sustainable,high-quality development of the business.
5.跟踪监测船舶燃油市场态势，分析市场交易数据，制定科学灵活的船舶燃油采购策略。
Track and monitor the market situation of ship fuel,analyze market transaction data,formulate scientific and flexible ship fuel procurement strategy.
6.建立并维护客户、供应商关系，确保及时可靠的燃油供应渠道及供应质量，并获得有竞争力的采购价格。
Establish and maintain customer and supplier relationships to ensure timely and reliable fuel supply channels,supply quality,and to obtain competitive purchase prices.
7.完成上级单位交予的其他任务。
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior unit.
(二)任职资格Qualifications
1.大学本科及以上学历，10年以上航运领域工作经验，对能源市场、大宗商品贸易有深刻见解，熟悉船供相关业务。
Bachelor degree or above,more than 10 years working experience in shipping field,with deep insight into energy market and commodity trade,familiar with ship supply related business.
2.5年以上公司管理经验。
5+years of experience in company management.
3.中英文书写及口语流利。
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
4.良好的职业素养和社会公德，无不良行为记录。
Good professionalism and social ethics,no bad record.
5.拥有较强的计划、组织、协调、决策及风险预测和控制能力。
Strong planning,organizing,coordinating,decision making and risk prediction and control skills.
6.善于发现和解决问题，具有全局观念、合规意识，拥有较强的资源整合与团队管理能力。
Good at identifying and solving problems,with a holistic view,compliance awareness,and strong resource integration and team management skills.
