  产品介绍 Prouduct introduction
  高速透气阀用于液货船密封舱,在装载、航行、压载和卸载时,不用任何手动方式,自动控制液货舱内的压力,防止货油舱超压或真空。此外,还可在甲板上提供防火、防爆的自动保护。货油舱出现的压力或真空被施加在出气或吸气阀盘上,超过设定压力时,正压阀能自动打开排气,负压阀自动打开吸气,当舱内外压差被减少到原设定水平时,阀盘将瞬间自动复位。负压阀工作时(即吸气时),如果舱室外面发生火花,火花将在负压阀的防火网上熄灭;正压阀工作时,如果舱外有火花,火花将被正压阀喷出的高速气流吹离或吹灭。
  The high velocity valve is installed on the liquid cargo ship and provides automatic control of pressure differential during loading,voyage,ballasting and de-ballasting without manual operation.Furthermore,the high velocity valve provides automatically fire proof and explosions proof on the deck.When the pressure of the cargo tank imposed on the disc exceeds the preset level,the pressure/vacuum valve will automatically open to exhaust or suction gas.When the vacuum valve is working,the flames out of the tank will be quenched in the flame trap.When the pressure valve works,the flame will be quenched by the high velocity airflow from the pressure valve.
