　　应用：海洋漂浮软管是浮式储油轮（ FPSO）上外输系统的长线关键设备，用于运输的原油和石油产品，是FPSO生产管理中不可或缺的重要装备。
　　1、内衬由合成橡胶制成，作为内流体围壁，阻止流体外溢。
　　2、加强层由尼龙帘线、聚酯帘线、钢丝帘线等材料制成，提高软管抗拉强度。
　　3、缠绕钢丝加强层由高强度碳钢钢丝制成，来提高软管的整体性，保证软管耐负压性能。
　　4、漂浮层是采用不吸水、弯曲不断裂的微孔发泡漂浮材料制成，使软管具有漂浮性能。
　　5、外层是采用耐老化、耐磨、耐油、耐海水腐蚀的合成橡胶或聚氨酯材料制成，保护软管不受损坏。
